Things weren't plain sailing from the off. My bank wouldn't allow me to go ahead with the purchase online, for an unknown reason two of my cards were declined. I had no choice but to reach out to Dragonfly. Hans was the person that answered my call and I felt at ease very quickly, suggested I do a bank transfer and the order would be placed on receipt of cleared funds.
After a little while probably 3 weeks or so I hadn't heard anything more. A thought from the back of my mind started to consider if this was a scam, particularly given the expense of the product. I reached out to Hans and he replied swiftly with an apology for not having an update so far but the batch that had just been manufactured were tested and shown to be faulty in some way, I'll have to wait for another load to be manufactured. That thought came round again, it's a scam!
After being notified the new product is now out for shipping my concern seemed to be eased. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I contact Hans once more and during that conversation I honestly felt and expressed that with all the delays and unfortunate events this far I was strongly suspicious about the whole thing. Again Hans reassured me it would turn up soon and could be with customs.
Eventually I received notification from UK customs I had a parcel that required import tax before it would be released and delivered to my address. Parcel arrived, I fitted the water swirl after a three stage filter system in the house I was occupying.
The results were very good indeed. To drink the mains water now, I felt my body asking for more of that please and the time spent in a detox bath had almost doubled. Highly recommend the water swirl and reassuringly these guys are legit.
